Excellent condition. Professionally maintained road frame. Steel lugged frame, classic lines and classic steel ride. Spectrum owner/founder, Tom Kellogg, is a current high-end custom frame builder out of PA. He helped to develop titanium frames with Merlin metal works in the very early days of custom frame building in New England. This Frame-set is at the upper end of fit and finish. No signs of rust or mistreatment. Lite paint chips from use. Former owner's name painted at top of seat stays. Measures sq, 57cm seat tube x 57cm top tube head tube and seat angles are in the norm for the average femur. ~72.5d Silica pump painted to match. Component Dura Ace mix and are well cared for and maintained, but are vintage 1996-/+. A spare wheel set is included in the price, these tubular wheels with tires glued up. Condition unknown.
