Some superficial damage on right side of upper two drawers and necklace cabinet, also left front foot and side, and multiple scuffs. All polls match and hinges operational.

Ceiling fan with resin blades. Leaf pattern. Fan reversible with two speeds. Worked when taken down five months ago not tested

Nine dinner plates, nine salad plates, eight dessert plates, eight cups and saucers with two bowls. No noted chips.

Outside measurements of framed picture 20 inches, by 17 inches. Back of Frame indicates is from Halifax. Picture Seems To Be Signed In The Corner Of Matt. Picture Seems To Have Moved Within Matt Slightly Down.
